Designing and manufacturing for top retailers since 1996. With a legacy that spans over three decades, Michael Asil has been instrumental in shaping the global fashion manufacturing industry. His journey began with a passion for high-end design and evolved into a mission to build a world-class manufacturing enterprise that blends creativity, quality, and scale.
Throughout his career, Michael has collaborated with some of the world’s most iconic designers and fashion houses. For over 20 years, he led a company that imported designer labels, trading more than $3 billion in luxury goods and working closely with Europe’s top fashion houses. His ability to foster long-term relationships and understand the pulse of the global market has resulted in partnerships that have generated over $3 billion in sales.
Under his leadership, Royal Group Ltd. has grown from a local manufacturing operation into a trusted name in global apparel production. Michael continues to lead the company with an uncompromising focus on excellence, innovation, and sustainability ensuring that Royal Group remains the engine behind some of the biggest names in retail fashion today.

He served as CEO of Migosa Enterprises for 24 years, one of the foremost companies specializing in high-fashion stock and brand partnerships in the U.S. market.
Joanna Blas
Head of Operations
​Currently oversees multi-vertical operations, managing production with WRAP-certified factories and fulfillment to over 50,000 retail locations across the U.S. She also directs global drop shipping for leading e-commerce platforms and manages accounts across 34 countries.
Ivan Chavez
Head of Designs
With 25 years of experience, he oversees all aspects of design direction and leads a team of 25 designers and CAD specialists.
